Kids Math Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Kids Math by CalcSprint — the kids picture-math game at calcsprint.com/kids and the Kids Math app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. By using Kids Math, you agree to these Terms.
Kids Math is intended for use by children together with a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of the child who uses the app.
Using Kids Math
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Kids Math for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or game, except as allowed by applicable law.
No accounts, no ads
Kids Math does not require an account or sign-in, and it does not show advertising. The game is free to play; see the next section for the one optional purchase.
The Numbers pack (optional one-time purchase)
The Kids Math app offers a single optional in-app purchase, the "Numbers pack", which unlocks additional levels (6–9: adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing with numbers). Key points:
- It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription. Once unlocked, it stays unlocked on devices signed in to the same app-store account.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region and over time.
- The purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by CalcSprint. CalcSprint does not receive your payment details.
- You can restore a previous purchase through your app-store account (for example, on a new device).
- Refunds and billing are handled by the app store under its own policies, not by CalcSprint.
Parental gate and parental responsibility
To help keep the app safe for children, purchases and parent settings are placed behind a parental gate (a simple question intended for a grown-up). Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app and for any purchases made on their device or app-store account.
Acceptable use
Use Kids Math only for its intended educational and entertainment purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Kids Math is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalcSprint will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Kids Math. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
App store terms
When you download the Kids Math app, your use is also subject to the terms of the relevant app store (Apple or Google). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the app store's terms regarding purchases or distribution, the app store's terms apply to those matters.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Kids Math Privacy Policy. Kids Math does not collect personal information from children.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms if Kids Math changes or as required by law. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of Kids Math after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
